*The Reptile Zoo and all of its (1) animals, (2) enclosures and (3) equipment needed for operation will be up for sale until September 15th, 2025. The price for the entire business and its assets is $385,000. We are not able to offer seller financing. If we do not receive an acceptable offer before this date, we will begin accepting deposits for the purchasing of animals, enclosures, and equipment. Note that pickup of purchased animals and other items will not be available until after October 18th (last day open). 

*No animals will be permanently placed until Buyer Agreement Forms are signed by both parties and enclosures and necessary supplies to take animals home are ready to go. We reserve the right to refuse placement of any animal for any reason.
