Monday-Tuesday
10 am to 5 pm: Open to the Public
*Tortoise touching available all day at no extra cost.
*Additional close encounters are available Thursday through Saturday at certain times.

*There is no longer an additional fee to participate in Close Encounters. When you get to the zoo you can reserve a time slot to join in on a scheduled Close Encounter. The first people or group to sign up will begin their experience at the noted start times above and we continue to book time slots out, so everyone is not doing the C.E. at the same time.
*Close Encounters on this day include a Burmese python that you will be able to touch (not hold). We plan on bringing small snakes back for individuals to hold in the future. We reserve the right to change the animal used for a handling session on the day of if needed for the welfare of our animals.

*The charge for entry into the Reptile Zoo during the Friday Night Feeding is $12 per person (ages 3 and up).

*Participation in Close Encounters on Saturdays is now included in admission. When you get to the zoo you can reserve a time slot to join in on a scheduled Close Encounter. *Close Encounters on this day include a 9 foot long Burmese python and American alligator that you will be able to touch if you sign up. We reserve the right to change the animal used for a handling session on the day of if needed for the welfare of our animals.
5:00 pm Mini Feeding Session-
*Feeding at 5 pm will include at least one crocodilian, two snakes and a tortoise feeding. If you want to see more animals eat, come to our Friday Night Feeding. The Mini Saturday Feeding usually takes about 20 to 25 minutes. Call with any question you have.
